I just won a ipod touch for 50 dollars brand new, and yes i contacted the seller its reall, but heres the prob.? he couldnt believe that i won it for soo cheap and is making excuses about how he wished he made a reserve and that he wants to relist, and im pretty much like your stupid(ididnt tell him that) and you need to ship me ipod i won fair and square and i want my ipod. i said this in a polite way...since im using paypal when i spend ebay can get it back if he tries to keep it and not ship it. NOW THE QUESTION IS, IS THERE ANY SMART WAY TO GET HIM TO SHIP IT, LIKE A THREAT(NOT BASED ON LIFE) BUT ON LIKE EBAY OR JUST SOMEWAY TO FORCE HIM TO SHIP Category

Well if your using paypal you have buyers protection and can get your money back as for making him ship it I don't think so... but you can always give him a bad rating and say that he didn't send it. sorry...

OK this is what u do, email him nicely first tell him its against contract to keep it when youve purchased it if he dosnt replie threaten to report him and tell multiple friends to do also and givem bad feedback

You can't force him to do anything but you can help him understand that if he doesn't follow through on his end of the agreement, the one he made with Ebay, then he may never be allowed to sell or bid on Ebay again. For one, contact Ebay and describe the situation and second, you can "tear him a new one " through negative feedback.
