Question: I just won a ipod touch for 50 dollars brand new, and yes i contacted the seller its reall,but heres the prob.?

He couldnt believe that i won it for soo cheap and is making excuses about how he wished he made a reserve and that he wants to relist, and im pretty much like your stupid(ididnt tell him that) and you need to ship me ipod i won fair and square and i want my ipod. i said this in a polite way...since im using paypal when i spend ebay can get it back if he tries to keep it and not ship it. NOW THE QUESTION IS, IS THERE ANY SMART WAY TO GET HIM TO SHIP IT, LIKE A THREAT(NOT BASED ON LIFE) BUT ON LIKE EBAY OR JUST SOMEWAY TO FORCE HIM TO SHIP

Lodge a complaint with Ebay. This guy is a weenie and is trying to get out of the deal. He was completely in charge of naming his reserve price etc., so if he doesn't like the result, it is his fault, not yours. Insist that he stick to the bargain he made.

You should email ebay executives and explain about this problem. Though i dont think the seller has to ship it to you, he could make an excuses and re list the item. It happens on ebay .
